Wellness Coaching FAQs

What does a wellness coaching session at OWC involve?

Sessions with Fiona are one-on-one and shaped entirely around you. Depending on your goals, a session may include goal setting, breathwork, nutritional guidance, or simply space to reflect and gain clarity. No two sessions are the same.

How is wellness coaching different from therapy or counselling?

Coaching is forward-focused — it works on where you want to go, not primarily on processing the past. Fiona is not a therapist and does not treat mental health conditions. For ongoing psychological support, she will always refer appropriately.

Can I do coaching alongside my other OWC treatments?

Yes — and many patients find it valuable. Fiona works alongside our osteopaths, myotherapist and acupuncturists. If you are already a patient at the clinic, mention your interest in coaching when you book.

What is the difference between coaching at OWC and Sanctuary of Balance?

Coaching at OWC is integrated into your allied health care. Sanctuary of Balance is Fiona's dedicated wellness business offering deeper coaching packages, group workshops and residential retreats. Both operate independently — you can access one or both.

How do I get started? Do I need a referral?
