Our Approach

Three things guide every appointment — find the root cause, build a plan that is specific to you and supports you long after you leave the clinic.

01

Find the Cause

We go beyond the symptom to understand what is actually driving your pain. Every treatment starts with a thorough assessment — not a guess.

02

Built Around You

Your history, your body, your goals. No two patients are the same and no two treatment plans should be either.

03

All Under One Roof

Osteopathy, Myotherapy, Acupuncture and Wellness Coaching — working together so you never have to start from scratch with a new practitioner.

Our Practitioners

The People Behind
Your Care

Six highly experienced practitioners across Osteopathy, Myotherapy, Acupuncture and Holistic Wellness Coaching, united by a shared passion for helping people move better, feel better and live better.

Osteopathy

Dr. Josh Cutter

Osteopath

B.Clin.Sc, M.OstMed — AHPRA Registered

Josh is an experienced osteopath with a genuine passion for health, movement and helping people live life to the fullest. He believes the best results come from practising what you preach, and brings that philosophy into both his work and his own lifestyle. Josh works to treat the whole person and not just the injury, to be aware of lifestyle issues that can influence treatment outcomes.

Known for his approachable nature and thorough care, Josh takes the time to understand each person's unique situation and works with them to achieve lasting results. He has a particular interest in sports injuries, back pain, shoulder pain and postural complaints. Josh has completed post graduate studies on low back pain with Dr Stuart McGill, and shoulder pain with Dr Jarred Powell.

When he's not in the clinic, you'll often find him chasing waves along the coast. As a keen surfer and active outdoorsman, Josh understands firsthand the importance of keeping the body moving well so that you can continue doing the things you love. Josh's past sporting history also includes BJJ and rockclimbing.

In the clinic Josh utilises soft tissue massage, trigger point dry needling, shockwave therapy, laser therapy, and mobilisation/manipulation techniques.

Osteopathy

Dr. Averyl Hintz

Osteopath

B.Clin.Sc, M.OstMed — AHPRA Registered

Averyl is an osteopath who brings warmth, empathy and genuine care to every appointment. She has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and heard, creating a space where patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door.

She believes that great healthcare starts with understanding the person, not just the condition. Taking the time to listen and connect, Averyl works collaboratively with her patients to help them move better, feel better and achieve their health goals.

Averyl's passion for osteopathy developed through her own sporting background. Having spent many years teaching snow skiing and leading an active lifestyle, she experienced firsthand the benefits of osteopathic care in managing musculoskeletal injuries and maintaining optimal movement and performance. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping others overcome pain, recover from injury and continue doing the things they enjoy.

She works with people of all ages and has a particular interest in postural concerns that may contribute to neck and back pain, pregnancy-related discomfort, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Averyl also enjoys working with patients experiencing headaches, including migraines, tension headaches and neck-related headaches, as well as temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and jaw pain. Her approach focuses on providing relief from symptoms while addressing the underlying factors that may be contributing to ongoing discomfort and dysfunction.

Outside the clinic, Averyl enjoys immersing herself in a good book, surfing, discovering new music and embracing the moments that bring joy, balance and connection to everyday life.

Known for her warm, caring nature and intuitive hands-on approach, Anna combines evidence-based treatment with education and practical self-care strategies to help clients reduce pain, restore balance, improve movement, and achieve their health and well-being goals. Outside the clinic, Anna enjoys exploring nature, discovering hidden cafés, travelling, staying active through yoga, Pilates, cycling and walking, spending quality time by the seaside with family and friends, and getting lost in a good book.
